Great B&B
"The Hibiscus House Downtown is a very charming and beautiful property close to the CityWalk and Downtown/Clematis District. The Rosemary Suite was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was very spacious and modern (large walk in shower, great water pressure, very clean!)
The grounds consist of plush gardens and comfortable outdoor bar area, with convenient parking. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. If you are tired of the "cookie cutter" chain hotels and want a taste of old Florida without sacrificing comfort or modern ammenities, give yourself a treat and definitely check out the Hibiscus House Downtown."

"Thank you for a lovely stay in West Palm Beach. We happend upon this beautiful house when we were in City Place. We felt welcomed and treated like family our intire stay. Our room was very clean (there was a note under the bed "We even clean under the bed") we were hysterical!! The Inn Keeper was a riot, the breakfast, excellent, we were served fresh fruit each morning, along with a hudge encore. We will recomed this Inn to our friends in Sweden." Unexpected Getaway
"Being we had put in a lot of hours with our jobs during the summer, my girlfriend decided to book a mini vacation for us to get away to unwind. Not knowing what to expect, we packed and drove to the Hibiscus House Downtown for the weekend. (it wasn't a long trip, since we reside in the area). Our experience at the Hibiscus House was much more than we could have anticiapated. We take smaller trips often, but never have had a better time anywhere. The entire staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in the door. The room was perfect - clean, elegant and very private, it was exactly what we needed to relax. Being the hotel is within walking distance to CityPlace, we were able to enjoy the nightlife without the hassle of driving, as well. And to top it all off, the breakfast outdoors overlooking the courtyard was the perfect way to start the day! A Wonderful Secret
"When I noticed that the Hibiscus House Downtown had a presence on Trip Advisor I couldn' t have been more excited! Not only b/c of the fact that now the whole world can learn about this great B & B, but also b/c I couldn't wait to get an outlet to spread the word about this place. The ambiamce, the staff, the location, the BAR:) couldn't have been anymore perfect. I'm a local in the West Palm community and even living in paradise you still need to get away every now and then. I heard about the Hibiscus House Downtown from a friend and decided to check it out. After researching about it online I was so impressed by the place and the rate$$, once staying there for the weekend it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were charming... and comfortable (we slept in until anout 4:00pm, just in time for Happy Hour! )The regulars that come to the bar to hang out were extremely devoted to this place as well. Perfect evening, a great glass of wine, a walk over to City Place for dinner, and another great night's sleep. To top that all of an amazing breakfast was ready for us when we awoke over looking their gorgoeus courtyard. I could go on, maybe I should've kept it a secret, to keep it as my hidden treasure:)"

A super spot
"I would like to share some information on a SUPER bed and breakfast located downtown West Palm Beach in City Place called Hibiscus House Downtown. It is delightful, a little bit of Key West right in our area. It is decorated beautifully with each room named. The gardens and lighting are just magnificent with many sitting areas as well as porches. There is a very lively bar in the back overlooking a beautiful garden area with fountains, ponds, and troches. The food is great as is the help. I can not reccomend it highly enough! I have rebooked again for next year. The owners of this property also own another B & B on 30th Street that I have had the privledge to stay in.
